Shipping & Handling:
We ship out daily by Canada Post. Free delivery within city of Edmonton for order over $50.
International Orders:
We accept orders for shipment to US, Australia and Europe.
Payment:
Paypal payment must have a confirmed
shipping address or from Paypal verified member, otherwise please pay by money order,
wire deposit or western union.
Returns:
You may return merchandise purchased
from us for a refund or a replacement within 7 days from the date the merchandise
was received, All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA). We will not refund payment on a product that appears
to be modified, abused or mishandled in anyway. 10% restocking fee
applies.
Removal or alteration of a product's upc number, serial number or warranty sticker
will automatically void your Musical Paradise Return Policy. Products that
are returned to us with a missing, damaged or altered serial number or warranty
sticker will be refused RMA service and returned to you at your cost.
*Shipping is non-refundable; Customer is responsible for return
shipping/insurance fees.
For your protection, we encourage you to
send your return via a carrier that provides insurance. We cannot be responsible
for lost or misdirected returns.
*Please be sure to enclose the Return Merchandise Authorization information along
with your shipment.
