Customers from Germany must fill out the following POA form and send it back to us. Please leave the tracking number，ID，EORI and Zollnumber field empty if you are a private individual.

Shipping
We accept orders for shipment to most world-wide locations. We ship from our warehouse in China directly by DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT Air Service (5-30days to most world-wide locations). Here is our shippipng process in details:
1. We pick and pack orders (current handling time approximately 3-10 days).
2. We deliver pacakges to our wholesale shipping agent company. At this point, orders cannot be cancelled.
3. The wholesale shipping agent company prints out shipping label and send the tracking number to you by email in 1-2days after we deliver the package to them.
4. Express carriers, such as Fedex, will usually batch pickup the packages from them in 2-7days. In a couple high season extreme cases, could take 20days.
5. Once it is pickuped by express carrier, the tracking information will be updated. It will be delivered to the customer's door in about 3-5 business days.
6. Customers are responsible for local duties/taxes when delivery in some countries.
Payment
We accept credit cards through PayPal payment service. We also accept interac email money transfer in Canada, Alipay, WeChat, money order, bank draft and more.
Order cancellation fee
Due to PayPal refund poilicy changed, PayPal no longer refunds transaction fee, so there is a 3.9% charge deduction to the original payment amount.
For example, you paid $1000. The refund amount will be $961 only. Therefore, always double check to make sure there are no errors or double orders!
Return
You can return merchandise purchased from us for a refund or a replacement within 7 days from the date the merchandise was received. All product returns require an email return authorization. We will not refund payment on a product that appears to be modified, abused or mishandled in anyway.
Alteration of a product will automatically void your Musical Paradise return policy and warranty.
Shipping fee and PayPal 3.9% transaction fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
